  • Co-Founder

    Kevin Simshauser, Co-Founder of The Phix Group, graduated from the University of Arizona and immediately got involved in the real estate industry. Now, with more than a decade of experience in the single family and multifamily sectors and having navigated multiple real estate and economic cycles, Kevin prides himself on bringing a detailed and creative approach to every transaction. Today, Kevin’s focus is on acquiring and developing value-add residential real estate and enhancing the communities and surrounding neighborhoods. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, attending sporting events and is an avid golfer.

 

  • Co-Founder

    As Co-Founder at The Phix Group, John brings an array of knowledge to the real estate industry. John attended the University of Arizona, in his hometown of Tucson, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in business. Along with being a full-time real estate agent & investor, John's comprehensive services include acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, cost analysis, financing options, and market research. As an Arizona native, he has witnessed market fluctuations over the last several years bringing him valuable insight on each neighborhood within the state. John focuses on a disciplined approach to acquisitions, financing, management, and dispositions, and he is determined to position properties to attract and secure quality tenants and buyers. Aside from real estate, John is an active investor in many startup companies, including Freshly, Zilch, and Beam. Outside of the office, you can catch him trying out new restaurants, traveling, and playing basketball with a local men’s league.

 
 

  • Operations Coordinator

    Molly Christian has five years of real estate experience with buying and selling residential homes in various markets. Molly graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Grand Canyon University as well as a Master’s Degree from New Mexico State University. Molly previously worked on a two person residential real estate team while specializing in transaction coordination. She has experience working in New Mexico, California, and now Arizona. She believes communication and teamwork help everyone achieve a cohesive, successful end goal. Molly’s strengths include strong communication, organizational skills, and efficiency.

    Aside from work and real estate Molly loves to spend time with her husband and son. She enjoys sporting events, spending time outdoors, and exploring new restaurants.
